Customized products are made based on the photos and details provided by the customer.
3. Customer Photos & Content
Customers are responsible for providing clear, correct, and lawful photos for printing and framing.
Bharat Pixel is not responsible for poor print quality resulting from low-resolution or unclear images provided by the customer.
By uploading or sharing photos, you confirm that you have full rights to use and share those images.
Customer photos are used only for order customization and fulfillment.
4. Order Acceptance & Processing
An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment.
Bharat Pixel reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to incorrect information, technical issues, or unavailability of products.
Customized orders once processed cannot be changed or cancelled.
5. Pricing & Payments
All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines provided are estimated and may vary due to location, courier service, or unforeseen circumstances.
Bharat Pixel is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Customized and personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the product is damaged or defective on delivery.
In case of damaged or incorrect items, customers must contact us within the days of delivery with proper images as proof.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original payment method.
8. Data & Photo Deletion
Customer personal data and uploaded photos are permanently deleted within 15 days after successful order delivery.
Bharat Pixel does not retain customer images for future use.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, including images, logos, designs, and text, belongs to Bharat Pixel and may not be copied or used without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Bharat Pixel shall not be liable for:
Any indirect or consequential damages
Loss caused due to misuse of products
Issues arising from incorrect information provided by the customer
