Refund / Cancellation
At Bharat Pixel, we take pride in delivering high-quality photo frames and personalized gifts. Since most of our products are customized, please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before the customization or printing process begins.
Once the order is processed or printing has started, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
To request cancellation, customers must contact us immediately after placing the order.
2. Returns Policy
Customized / personalized products are non-returnable, as they are made specifically for the customer.
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
The product is damaged during transit
The wrong product is delivered
Customers must notify Bharat Pixel within the days of delivery along with clear photos of the product as proof.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products, after verification.
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
4. Replacement Policy
In eligible cases, Bharat Pixel may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on the issue.
Replacement products will be dispatched after verification of the claim
5. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds or returns will not be provided in the following situations:
Change of mind after order confirmation
Minor color or size variations due to screen or printing differences
Poor print quality due to low-resolution or unclear images provided by the customer
Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
